1-on-1 Video Analysis
From a ScoutWith Elite European Club Experience

A focused video-analysis service for ambitious players.

Every session turns your match footage into clear, practical feedback on the decisions, movements, and details that shape performance.

Who It Is For

Players who want sharper decisions and a clearer understanding of the game

Built for players who want to improve the details that make the difference: scanning, positioning, reading pressure, timing movements, and choosing the next action earlier.

What It Is

A one-to-one video review service built around the player, not generic advice

Your match footage is reviewed through the perspective of a former Galatasaray scout, bringing elite European club standards to feedback tailored to your development needs.

What You Receive

Clear analysis, practical corrections, and sharper decisions in future matches

Players receive focused feedback in a live 1-on-1 session, recorded so they can rewatch it, so they understand what happened, why it happened, and what to do better next time.

Shaped by the standards of elite scouting and player evaluation.

MatchVision is led by Bülent Kalafat, a former Galatasaray scout whose perspective was developed inside Turkey's most successful club and the only Turkish club to win a major European trophy. That experience was built on evaluating the details most people overlook: decisions, positioning, timing, movement, and tactical fit.

It is the same lens that helped lead to Galatasaray's acquisition of Gabriel Sara, who arrived from the second tier of English football and made his Brazilian national team debut just 18 months later.

Today, Bülent brings that same evaluation lens to youth development. As a current youth coach, he sees both sides of the pathway: what constitutes an elite player, and which habits aspiring players must develop to get there.

A simple, player-first process.

MatchVision keeps the process focused and practical, so players know exactly what to submit, what to expect, and how to apply the feedback.

1

Submit Your Footage

Full match, selected minutes, or a set of clips. You can select specific time frames to focus on.

2

Define the Focus

You tell us the position and questions that matter most. This shapes what we look for on the first watch.

3

Receive Analysis

A full hour, live and 1-on-1, whatever the length of your footage. Recorded so you can rewatch it. The same read a scout would give, in plain language.

4

Apply It on the Pitch

Two or three concrete targets for your next match, focused enough to remember and apply under pressure.

“Working with MatchVision was a great experience. Bülent helped me see the game differently as a number 9 and gave me practical adjustments I could apply immediately in matches. After the session, I scored 2 goals in my next 2 college games, and I definitely felt more confident and aware on the field. I'd highly recommend Bülent to any player looking to improve their football IQ and performance.”

The game got more competitive, more demanding, and less forgiving.

Families are investing more than ever, but are players seeing the results? To make better decisions, players need better tools and better feedback.

70% higher family spending on travel teams, camps, and private training than just a few years ago.
1.1% of high school men's soccer players reach the NCAA Division I level.
24/7 players are now judged constantly through match footage, highlight clips, scouting, and comparison.
95% of a 90-minute match, roughly, is spent without the ball at your feet, even for the most seasoned playmakers.

Repetition and training hard still matter. Video review adds the missing layer.

Effort still matters. The difference is that most players rarely get enough time to review their own match footage in depth. MatchVision provides dedicated one-to-one video review, turning real game moments into clear, actionable feedback for the future.

Before Lamine Yamal became a star, weekly video review was already part of his routine.

Before Lamine Yamal became a star, weekly video review was already part of his routine.

His academy development included regular video review sessions during his formative years, helping him study the game, sharpen details, and train decision making away from the pitch as well as on it.

If weekly review helped reach that level, it should not be optional for ambitious players.

The point isn't that review alone made him a star. It's that it was simply part of his routine, the same way conditioning and ball work were. Video helped him see what was about to happen and make the right decision before his first touch.

MatchVision makes that standard practical, focused, and actionable.

You've seen what elite development emphasizes. Now apply it to your game.

  • Yamal reviewed video weekly during his formative years.
  • Harry Kane highlights scanning and positioning as essential habits for young players.
  • MatchVision turns the same principles into clear, 1-to-1 analysis of your own game.

Every session is built on detailed pre-analysis of your footage, then delivered in a full-hour, live 1-on-1 session tailored to your game and recorded for you to keep.
